I’m Leopold, the founder of Horne Automation Ops.

I began my career in investment banking at JPMorgan, working on multi-billion dollar M&A deals. The hours were intense, but they taught me how to operate with precision and speed under pressure.

After stepping away from finance, I realized I could bring that same intensity to help founders and lean sales teams grow without needing to hire more people.

That’s why I built HAO.

I design custom AI workflows that handle the tedious parts of sales and operations. From lead enrichment to outreach to follow-up, I build systems that free up time and help teams close more deals.
